Shipping
Virtually all orders ship within 24 hours. Orders are shipped by UPS with delivery in 1-6 days, depending on your state. Next day, 2nd day, and three day delivery are also available depending on UPS availability. On occasion FedEx is used as the carrier, but only when it is the best interest of the customer (when they are able to pick up sooner from our facility).
We welcome international sales. International shipping charges are calculated after your order is placed and you will be notified of the shipping fees before the order is completed and shipped. International order may not be done through the website, please contact us.
Returns
All of our stencils are custom made to specification at the time of order. We will always stand behind our product, if an order is not filled correctly we will remedy the situation rapidly. We take great pride in our customer service.
As stencils are cut to order, all sales are final. Do not hesitate to contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions.
